I learnt how to create a company's vision and mission statements and the difference between both. I learnt that strategic leaders are visionaries and set the tone for buy-in from all stakeholders, and articulate at all levels. I like how the use of the SWOT, Porter's Five Force and Pestel/Pestle Analyses allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of how to assess a company's sustainability in the marketplace. Although this course was short, it was very high-level—a definite boost to my resume and professional career.
